You will need to log in via your mobile, you will see an Upload Video button, click that, and then Add Files. You can then select Files to browse your files and select to upload, or select Camera to film a new video and then upload.

How do I add a video to my Landing Page?

When you select the landing page to distribute, you can also select a video to have as part of the page (so ensure you have uploaded your video before you go to distribute). Bear in mind that the video will sit between content blocks A and B. You may want to utilise the video preview thumbnail on the landing page wizard to help plan around the video on your page (this setting can be found in the Page Settings tab).
